Ingredients:
- 100 g Butter (softened)
- 50 g Castor Sugar
- 150 g Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
- 3 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Chunks (for filling)
Instructions:
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add atta, besan, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a soft dough.
- Shape small portions into modaks, placing a chocolate chunk in the center of each before sealing.
- Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Cool & Serve with a cup of chai—or straight from the oven with gooey chocolate inside.
