Ingredients:
- Melted Chocolate – as required (for coating)
- 50 g Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread (or as per taste)
- 50 g Whipping Cream
- Extra Lotus Biscoff Spread (optional, for filling)
- Lotus Biscoff Biscuits – crushed (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare Shells
- Pour melted chocolate into silicone modak moulds. Swirl to coat all sides evenly. Refrigerate until set to form chocolate shells.
- Make Cheesecake Filling
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and Biscoff spread.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble Modaks
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into the set chocolate shells.
- Optionally add a little melted Biscoff spread inside.
- Seal with more melted chocolate on top.
- Freeze until firm.
- Demould carefully and garnish with Biscoff biscuit crumbles and a drizzle of spread.
