Cheesecake Modak – The Dessert Star

Love cheesecakes? Now imagine them in the shape of a modak. Yes, Cheesecake Modaks are here to make your Ganesh Chaturthi even more special. Silky cream cheese, Biscoff spread, and chocolate shells—need we say more?

Ingredients:

  • Melted Chocolate – as required (for coating)
  • 50 g Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread (or as per taste)
  • 50 g Whipping Cream
  • Extra Lotus Biscoff Spread (optional, for filling)
  • Lotus Biscoff Biscuits – crushed (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Prepare Shells
    • Pour melted chocolate into silicone modak moulds. Swirl to coat all sides evenly. Refrigerate until set to form chocolate shells.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling
    • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and Biscoff spread.
    • Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
    • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble Modaks
    • Pipe the cream cheese filling into the set chocolate shells.
    • Optionally add a little melted Biscoff spread inside.
    • Seal with more melted chocolate on top.
    • Freeze until firm.
    • Demould carefully and garnish with Biscoff biscuit crumbles and a drizzle of spread.
